Yes! Bindy offers two distinct billing methods, invoice (customizable), and subscription (fixed). Please see the differences below.

Subscription billing

  • Customer accepts electronic Service Agreement when subscribing.
  • Monthly plans start at $129.
  • Customer is charged by credit card on the first day of each subscription month, using a PCI-compliant payment module powered by Stripe.
  • Customer can change plan at any time without penalty or notification period. If changing plan mid month, there is no refund for the prepaid month in progress.
  • Customer can cancel at any time without penalty or notification period. If canceling mid month, there is no refund for the prepaid month in progress.
  • Inspection, task, photo, video, ticket, and attachment quotas are month-based. Unused monthly quota expires at the end of each billing month.

Invoice billing

  • Customer signs a Service Agreement with DocuSign.
  • Available for yearly billings of $11,000 or greater.
  • Customer is invoiced on the last day of each month. Customer pays by wire or check, net 30.
  • Renewable 12-month term(s).
  • Customer can cancel the automatic renewal of a 12-month term with 90-day notice.
  • Inspection, task, photo, and video quotas are annualized. You can use this quota at any time within the billing year.
  • SSO and API
  • Dedicated account representative for onboarding, integration and importing users, sites, and forms.
Bindy has extensive bulk import and export capabilities, including forms, inspections, users, and sites. The ability to port your data is generally restricted by what other vendors allow you to export, not by what you are able to import into Bindy.
